The piano we think may have been a shipboard piano, due to its size, it has no ornate decoration of any kind, the keyboard folds up and down, Lambert was a piano maker in France (Harve) which is stated on the piano lid. there are 82 keys in total 34 black and 48 white, (Ivory?). The music sheet holder folds out from inside the piano. the piano has been tuned ver the years until 1934 appears to be the last time. The are are two srikers which we found in the base of the piano, all others are in place as are the strings. I think it is iron frame, but can be moved easily enough due to small size.
