Japanese hand painted porcelain bowl. Fuku Mark.

-Base has green Fuku mark. Unknown meaning.

-Blue underglaze with gold gilt outlines, handpainted.

-Four wide vertical strips of a dull tarnished metallic color.

-Two gilt gold rings on outside foot rim and one on inside of foot.
