John Widdicomb Antique Dresser

I am a restorationist , looking to find the value of this piece for the customer. The finish, although original paint, is poor. I am stripping the paint, stainging the wood, and refinishing. The dresser does not have a mirror with it. And the customer calls this a buffet. I am sure it is a dresser but that is what we would like to know. It's name and date along with the mint value . Aside from the finish , the piece is in excellent condition and will be in mint condition once finished.
