Lange-Mott spoon set, pewter (?)

Description

I bought a set of 10 smaller spoons (6'') and two larger soup spoons from Goodwill for 25 cents each. I liked how they looked, and was planning on using them myself. But then I googled the manufacturer, "Lange-Mott", and see that they might be pewter, which might mean there's lead in the mix.

So my question is two-part:

1. would these be safe to use or will I get lead poisoning

2. if I were to sell them, what is the value of them?

The text on the back makes me think these aren't that old - 1900's, the design is very simple, so these could be 1930's I think.

Attached is a photo of two spoons, front and back, and a shot of the stanp on the back. There are no other stamps or markings. They have a "bumpy", imperfect quality to them, which makes me think these might be handmade.

Any information or ideas appreciated!
