Description This is a pewter spoon with a crown over a flower (perhaps a poppy) stamped inside the bowl near the stem. This mark is similar to Frederick Bassett's Pewter Stamp and Jacob Whitmore's. The initials "T G R" appear above this. It is very plain the handle is fairly short and because of this I believe that it might be a measuring spoon. Perhaps for tea. It appears very old.
