Large Oriental Vase with Peacock Motif

Description

The white dots are raised. I'm assuming the edging is gold and it is also raised. I will be autioning this at Ebay. I was hoping to get some input so I'd know where to start the bidding.

I know nothing about this subject. Any help is welcome!
