Large vintage candle holder

I don't know much about this .. I'm finding sililar on-line but none exact .  .. There seems to be a huge price disparity between them , making it impossible for me to judge the value .. Please see photos ..  any information you have would be greatly appreciated.

Distinguishing marks
bottom has a faded out mark - could be a figure 8 or infinity symbol but much to faded .. looking under microscope barely visible .. also the number 1033 with a #9 under that
