Re: Lenwile Ardalt Artware Japan No. 7847 Double Pipe Holder...
Would love to know the era of this piece as well as its approximate worth. Thank you in advance for any information.
Re: Lenwile Ardalt Artware Japan No. 7847 Double Pipe Holder...
These date from the 1950's through early 60's. Ardalt imported a lot of low cost Decorator wear from Japan and other countries during this period. Pieces like this generally sell for under $75.00.
Re: Lenwile Ardalt Artware Japan No. 7847 Double Pipe Holder...
Being that it is a Double Pipe Holder and Tobacco Holder which you don't see much any more, would that not raise the price on the Tobacco side or would you still say $75?
Re: Lenwile Ardalt Artware Japan No. 7847 Double Pipe Holder...
Not really, Ardalt pieces where mass produced for the lower end of the market and are not considered rare , unusual or all that valuable. Last time I checked the company was still in operation, operating out of New York.
