This painting have two things going for it . First you have a signed piece and secondly, it is a painting of a female. But the artist must had little or no training because the extremties are not in proportion to one another. One arm and hand looks small and dainty and the other looks thick and almost manly. Also the sleeve in the dress is overly accentuated. I am not for sure but mostly likely the picture is worth more than what you paid. The artist seems familiar.
