I would be hesitant to place a value because I've seen Chinese "New Workshop" Liuligongfang Glass sell for around $50.00 a piece on eBay, but I've also seen some limited edition pieces sell for thousands of dollars and in some cases up to hundreds of thousands of dollars at auction. So, I think this needs a Liuligongfang expert to review.
