Ming Vase or Reproduction?

Appraisal complete
Description Bought at an estate auction with no history or background. Makers mark on the bottom resembles Ming Dynasty but could be a reproduction. Either way I am looking for a resale value. I am very interested in what the translation is to the words on the back. Also purchased 4 Liu LI Gong Fang glass sculptures I will list in a separate request.
