I purchased this on Portobello Road in London about 16 years back. The finish of the art is smooth lke a print, but the back framing suggests that is is aged. I don't know when prints began to take over for real art, but this piece appears to be an antique.

The image of the art is visibly aged. It may not be 100 years old but it is clearly aged.
