M Muhlberger original oil painting

i saw a similar painting by him with a pre auction estimate of 800-1000$ it had a much nicer frame but the painting looked very similar to yours.  he usually has bits of oil paint on the back of his paintings. a picture oif the back would help aucthenticate it. it does look like i can see the brush strokes . it might really help for an expert in art appraisal look at this in person for a better authentication than i can give you . the signature looks completely different than the painting i looked at . even the m is tottaly different it might be a fake or a different period in his life where he signed differently. in most cases will be a forgery . crap i was so excited for you .I thought you might really have somthing there.  the paintings are best appraised live inperson by appraisaers who specialize in appraising art. you still have a chance it might really  be a good painting.

the joseph horne co did have their own gallery. (historical department store in pittsburg)  might be a different m muhlburger than i looked up. the 275 preice does fit what its going for today.  look up antiques stores aprraisers and find and art appraiser in th phone book then go and ask him about the painting it might be a 1000$ piece.  there was way more oil on the back of the other paintting  .    >>>          https://www.liveauctioneers.com/item/6626693_092085-m-muhlberger-oilcanvas-mountain-landscape     <<< check out this site and painting and youll see the difference and why it needs to be looked at by an expert. the signatures are not even close ,  the painting styles seem to be much different also.  i am betting its a different artist. you should erally have it looked at they dont usually charge you. they want paintings walking in the door so they can sell them if they are good ones.
