Re: Mermaid coffee tables
What a great looking table..I don't think its Antique.. because it looks like the maids are attached to the lower table with Cap Nuts & Washers? hard to see on photos.. can you add a close up of Nuts?..I see this type of table sellsl from $200.00 into the $1000s..+.??
I won't even try to say what this one is worth.. I do not claim to be an expert on tables.. but this one is NICE..Good Luck..
Re: Mermaid coffee tables
This is a French style gilded wood table set. The complete set contained three peices, two End tables and one Coffee table. Two of the Coffee tables were sold earlier this year (2015) one at an estate sale and the other at an Ebay aucation both sold for a little over $160. If you have the complete set it would would be worth around $320 - $400.
Re: Mermaid coffee tables
i have all three of these tables but im not sure what they are worth i know my grandparents paid a fortune for them, but i need to get rid of them. any ideas what i should ask for them i would think they would be worth more than $400
Re: Mermaid coffee tables
They look like they are brass rather than gilded wood, Coffee tables are a fairly recent furniture type, so these probably are 20th Century repros.
