Metal Filigree cup holder and glasses

Description

I've looked for some kind of markings  on the large glasses and have not found anything....but the little glasses do have marking but they aren't legible...They do have wear on them I've been told that they are silver plated...

I'm not sure what the holder is made of, I've been told silver plated or pewter..but possible gun metal..
