Just the fact that the tag has a zip code on it, dates it past 1963 when zip codes were first introduced and most likely post 1967, when they became mandatory. Most serious disney collectors loook for items form the 1930-40 period and any after the 1950's that were limited in production. 1000'a of disney toys were made and condition is everything. Your poor Mickey has had a rough life, so value is less than $10.
