Needed Appraser for 15th centurey oil painting

Description

My boyfriend owned a moving company he was transfering a elder couples estate to another state,while it was being transfered the elderly man became ill and passed away , when the move was complete the wife was unable to pay and went to her attic and offered my boyfriend two paintings .This being one of them . They both had certificates of authenticity attatched to their back sides .My boyfriend removed them to keep them safe and lost them.

Can you please spell out the signature for me? It is hard to see. Also can you please describ the marking. It too is hard to make out.

I'd suggest contacting Sotheby's, Christie's or Bonham's, as original art of this vintage really requires a physical examination by an expert.
