Hello All,
I'm hoping someone could help me value a painting I recently picked up at a thrift store. The frame is what caught my eye, it is very ornate heavy wooden frame (chipped in a few places) with velvet.
The opening for the painting is roughly 12x14 while the whole frame is about 32x36.
It is an oil on wood and signed by Gaston Perez.
I could only find one reference to him online (at an auction house in OR that sold one of his paintings for just under $400.)
