Description
The saucer seems to be hand painted in a blue colored stained .I beleive it to be porcelin maybe oreintal. it has a clear glazed coating does has a little ageing as for a few small chips but other wise good condition.I have two both are similar with some differences.One is a liitle smaller than the other.not sure of value or creator if any.
