Re: Original painting by C. Benolt
I also have painting by C Benolt and seem to have difficulty finding more info on the artist...male or female. My painting is also a Southwestern scene. I would like to find out what the value is. Can you be of help?
Re: Original painting by C. Benolt
I just bought a hugh C. Benolt Southwestern Oil Painting Today 12-31-2010 and the person I bought it from said this artist was at the Webb flea Market in Florida and painted at that location as well. I have no other information at this time. My piece framed is 53" by 41" and I paid $40.00 for it. They paid $159.00 new. I know by the style that this artist works will be sought after for a long time to come. My wife will not part with the one we bought. She said it's a keeper. Earl M.
