Description 18" x 24" oil on canvas painting with the name Renoir signed at bottom right. A small portion of the paint looks like it had water damage (from looking at the back of the painting. The frame is a thin wooden frame nailed onto the base. The canvas is also nailed.

Well it's worth at least five dollars ;~). It's likely a piece by a high school Art student, it used to be part of the curriculum in some places to paint a copy of a work by a noted artist. Values for these depend a great deal on what two people are willing to pay at auction.
