Picture by "Asdinuoer". West African Art?

I came across this picture on my travels and bought it as the bright colours caught my eye. It was described by the seller as a printed textile picture. It is signed by "Asdinuoer" and the frame looks quite old. I asked a local auction house to appraise it but they had no knowledge of the artist but did say it's 20th century and most likely of West African origin. They also said seeing as they have no knowledge of the artist then they can't put a value on it but it could still be auctioned as a decorative piece. It seems to have a didgeridoo style of dots added to the fabric to make the picture. I was hoping to get a second opinion here to see if anyone has any knowledge of this artist and if it would be worth my time putting it up for auction. Please excuse my ability at describing this item as this is the first time I have done anything like this. Thanks for any help you can offer.
