It looks like a oil painted canvas has been applied to porcelain. the piece is 6" L X3 3/4 W X 3" T. There is a red marking on the bottom but it is not readable even with a magnifying class. it is just a smeared beyond readable. Curious who made it, if it really canvas and the value.
