Porcelian Doll

Miniture porelian doll that was giving to my daughter about 7 years ago.  My daughter is now 13 years old and the woman was about 70 years old at the time when she gave it to her.  Mrs. Lundy has gone to be with the Lord now and the she had the doll when she was a child. So I was wondering how much is this doll worth.  My daughter wants to know.  The number on the dolls back is By2789.  I have looked it up and I can't find anything on the computer on this doll. She comes with a pink dress, brown hair, pink hat, white frilly lace around the bottom of the dress and over her shoulders and on her hat. Her shoes are painted on her feet brown.  Thanks.
