This belonged to my Mother-In-Law and her Mother before that. I now have it. The year inside the book shows 1899.

Words: Mechliniae, 18 februarii 1899..I do not know what language this refers to. My mother-in-Law was Spanish.. The words do not look like Spanish to me. Maybe Maybe not
