Print Joshua Reynolds of Lady Anne Bingham

I bought this as I loved the frame which I thought was wooden however it appears to have some sort of veneer which is black in colour and almost looks like plastic or bakerlite. Where it is slightly chipped, the frame appears to be almost a grey stone underneath which means I have no idea what this frame is actually made from. It has gold detailing around the edge which is ornate and intricate and I assumed was gold leaf or something. The print itself is on a rough sort of cream paper. It has brown discolouration around the actual print almost as though it was in a different frame originally and moved to a larger one although this could all be 'fake' ageing!
