Qing Dynasty tongzhi era mark, famille noire - bronze encased dish. Enamel is in beautiful condition, the entire dish is. 1.5" deep, 5.5" circumference. I found this dish at a second hand store that takes donations from the area. I paid $1, and am really hoping to find a value, I have heard these dishes were given to people by the emperor and later the family would encase in bronze, to protect from damage. I thought it looks like brass, but was told different. Cannot find anything like it in the Tongzhi Era, only one encased from a different emperor that auctioned at 5k...please enlighten me, thank you
