Revere Silversmiths Inc. Sterling Salt & Pepper Shakers w/ Serial number

By LStephens, 14 June, 2013
Description

Revere Silversmiths Inc Sterling Silver Salt and Pepper Shaker set. Both pieces are identical - both have the same number of holes on the spire shaped tops. There is a serial number on the weighted bottoms of 919.

They are approx 5 1/2" tall. The bases are 1 7/8" in diameter.

They have not been cleaned and are very tarnished, but when the tops are removed the neck and inside of the shakers are extremely clean. The bottoms were cleaned only enough to see the maker and serial numbers.

They are in excellent condition. Totally free of any scratches, dings, dents, etc. Appears to never have been used.

They were found at an abandoned homestead in Pinos Altos NM around 1996-1997.
