Are you sure that your set

Are you sure that your set is actually sterling (925) silver or is it silver plate? Most Rockford sets that I've seen are quadruple silverplated which is less valuable than full silver.

Quadruple plate means they

Quadruple plate means they use more silver when plating the item. It's a base metal electreoplated with silver and not Sterling Silver. The value of the piece is dependant upon its collectibility. Would need a picture to  tell that.

Your set is elecrtoplated

Your set is elecrtoplated silver on a base metal. Having said that ,its value is dependant upon its collectability which without a picture can't be determined.
