Looking for any infomation on a patter name , and possible year that it was manufactured. Research has told me sometime in the early 1900's. I haven't seen this piece online or on eBay at all. Any infomation regarding this piece would be greatly appreciated.

Based on the date marking with one dot before the England marking it was made in 1892. The "England" marking was added in 1891. As for value, it's no treasure and worth about what you paid for it.
