I’m not finding your exact lamp and most like yours are hurricane lamps which I don’t think yours ever was. I used etched cranberry ruby glass and crystal prism electric lamp for my google search. I’m in no way an expert but my guess is it’s from the 1930’s or 40’s and would be worth $150 - $200. Here’s two similar examples of the style https://www.etsy.com/listing/220292635/vintage-cranberry-crystal-ruby-mantle?gpla=1&gao=1&&utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=shopping_us_a-home_and_living-lighting-other&utm_custom1=_k_Cj0KCQiA-rj9BRCAARIsANB_4ABN1iXwlTp5MODmSKVDpR4v5_8UmG5kXMpB9i6XZGyCk34FX_StN3EaAun5EALw_wcB_k_&utm_content=go_1843970809_70433280700_346398136078_pla-303537836079_c__220292635_12564401&utm_custom2=1843970809&gclid=Cj0KCQiA-rj9BRCAARIsANB_4ABN1iXwlTp5MODmSKVDpR4v5_8UmG5kXMpB9i6XZGyCk34FX_StN3EaAun5EALw_wcB https://www.etsy.com/listing/775204802/art-deco-ruby-cranberry-red-clear-glass?gpla=1&gao=1&&utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=shopping_us_a-home_and_living-lighting-lamps-table_lamps&utm_custom1=_k_Cj0KCQiA-rj9BRCAARIsANB_4ACjorRyNtsYnZPRRCtu51EIymT3vkH452WNznnkJ3suhaJvc0ixsrMaAskaEALw_wcB_k_&utm_content=go_1843970809_70433288580_346429550768_pla-305388325416_c__775204802_129041894&utm_custom2=1843970809&gclid=Cj0KCQiA-rj9BRCAARIsANB_4ACjorRyNtsYnZPRRCtu51EIymT3vkH452WNznnkJ3suhaJvc0ixsrMaAskaEALw_wcB Hopefully someone else will have better info, @Lovejoy gives really good info.

Lamps like this are of two types, those made converting existing Bohemian glass candlesticks to electricity dating from the last quarter of the 19th Century , and those purpose made as lamps since the 1920's or so. This one is of the second type, made as late as the early 1950's.
