Most Russian lacquer boxes don't go for a huge amount of money. I've seen most sell for around $20-$40. I don't personally know enough to comment on how old yours is, but some that are very old items can fetch considerably more. Yours doesn't look too old to me - maybe between the 1980's to near present day. Hope this helps.
