Satsuma Vase , chinese or japanese?

I hope you guys can help me on this.

 

I have this "Satsuma" "vase" and do not know if its Chinese Satsuna, or Japanese.

Is it recent?

 

And how much would it cost?

Can anyone tell me what the mark is about? It has been washed away and I can't reed it completely.

I hope you can help me out.
