I am looking for this item and help identifying the pattern. It is a Schumann Bavaria oval dish probably 1930's. I am wondering if it could possibly be a hand-painted blank, and if so, does this mean it was a one-off?
The marking on this one dates about 1918-1929. Generally if it was sold as a blank there would be a second marking to indicate the decorator. Demand for early 20th Century China has crashed since the turn of the century, it reached its peak in the early 1990's.
