AI Appraisal
Description Sold by Sears, Roebucks and Co., it is one of the first electric sewing machines sold by Kenmore. The outer desk is oak wood and the machine is cast iron. This is a Kenmore model 38 117-831, circa 1938. It is in good condition, and has been used to sew material within the past 5 years. Desk was painted in the mid-1950's then semi-stripped. The desk itself is in great condition, and if completely stripped would be transformed into its previous glory.
