Description

I recently acquired from my grandmother and I am unsure if it is silver plated or not. Also the mark on the bottom is unfamilar to me. I've looked on all over the internet and can't seem to find one like it. It is 12" in diameter and stands about 1 inch tall and weighs 2 lbs 8 oz. Any info would be much appreciated.
