This is a soap box made of 3 seperate pieces- a base plate, the actual dish the soap sits in which has 2 stamps on the bottom, 1 is a small circle that reads SILVER PLATE ON COPPER and directly below that is a capital F with a wreath or branch of some sort going up both sides, and a lid with a small handle on top. Looks like the handle may be soldered to the lid but I could be wrong, and I'm not sure if that even matters. Other than that I know nothing about it, I just found it at a yard sale and thought it was worth the dollar they were asking and if nothing else it looks interesting.
