This is a sommelier cup from 1749. It is silver and in good condition. The letters in it are, in sequence, w with a small o or circle underneath it, V T R A Q U E then V N U M with another w and a small o or circle underneath it. Those are in the center of the cup. On the base is a different stamp with what looks like a royal emblem of some kind, a crown set on top of a stamp with two lions and two crests that look like a w and a u, the w on top and the u underneath it. The letters on the base of the stamp are V I a dot, D another dot G and another doT H I S(?) P A N dot, E T I N D dot R R X a clover like symbol and then F E R D N D connecting back to the initial letters. Next to the emblem are the letters M F, the m on top the f underneath and the number 8 on the opposite side with three more cloverlike symbols.
The three stamps on the bottom of the cup are hard to describe. one looks like a bear mask or jack o lantern, one looks like a fire hydrant, the other like silhouettes traced three times out.
