Silver Tea Set and Miniature Spoons

Description

Benjamin A. Watson, one of the early settlers in central Illinois (near Springfield), purchased the Perry Springs Resort (in Pike County, Il.) in 1859. The tea set displayed here was purchased for the resort during the time of his ownership.

Even though they are not a part of the resort property, the miniature spoons are added to the gallery for interest.
