Description

Smal Tea cups late 1800's possible from what I read. I posted pictures of the bottom. so you can see the markings. EPNS which was law in the late 1800's in England they had to put that on as electroplated was invented. They made them put those on so they could not put them off as real siver.. It also has a silver smith marks VDIA.?
