Description

I have a matching set of Swinnertons gold rimmed creamer and sugar bowl.  these are quite small in size compared to others from the time period.  The bottom of the items has the following:  "Swinnertons" in all caps, under that a lamp and under that "STAFFORDSHIRE"  and then under "ENGLAND".   There is a pretty flower design on two sides of each item.

Staffordshire was the largest center of pottery production in the world during the last half of the 19th century,Swinnerton's being just one of hundreds of potteries located there. Examples like yours date fromthe second quarter of the 20th century and sell for about $35.00
