Your art nouveau vase was made  by Gebruder Heubach of Lichte, Thuringia, Germany (an area that was East Germany, after WWII)  The mark was used from 1882 on, but your vase is most likely from the 1910-1915 period.  Art Nouveau vases are very popular, so I would price it if it were in my store from $100-150 if in excellent condition.
