Description
This item is about 3 inches tall and 2 inches wide and I have done a months worth of searching and haven't found one piece with the hallmarks this one has and have only found that it was part of the states lines and made in England. The one article I found said that it was extremely rare and I am at a loss for what it is and its value so I know what I'm dealing with.
