Teapot /Coffe pot

Description

The patient number on the bottom is 146321 with the crossed swords.  I believe it's a teapot or coffe pot origin Arabic / Turkish (guessing).   I have included many pictures in hopes of finding information and value of this peice.  Thanks so much.

I am not receiving any feedback or information on this item.  I have been unable to find any information online.  Does anyone have any other suggestions where I may find history, origin or value
