Friend of mine has these cufflinks and from what we've discovered...they were only available and sold in the barbershop on the titanic.   So, guess you could say it was a limited time offer.

No idea the value.

Medium They seem to be either copper and brass, or two types of brass. No idea. I'm no metalologyst
Distinguishing marks They're stamped inside on both inside surfaces of each cufflink, "QUICKFIXR" and "PATENT"

Date Period Whenever the Titanic sank.
Weight few grams?
History No idea the history. Thats why i'm here. But theres a great story written and the only source of information we could find about the cufflinks on this link....

What?  NOBODY has any idea?  Nothing to say or add?   Wow.   Stumped eh?   Sad.

Some things like this that do nort appear very often at auction or offered for sale are difficult to put a value on. Items related to famous disasters like the sinking of the Titanic are in a league of their own.
