Description It is a small ring with a genuine topaz stone. The sides of the ring have a lot of elaborate detailed decoration. It was my great aunt's and my grandmother inherited it in the 70's. the stone has a couple of very light scratches on the stone. I put a penny in the pic for size comparison.
