I purchased two art decorative wall plague. I believe they are canvas litograph. Wanting to know the year item numbers "1340" was produced by Turner Mfg Comapny if that is possible. I am thinking value is only decorative value 10 -20 US dollars. Wonderful decorative gold frame. The item is title on the back Portriat of Master Hare Reynolds; which follows the item description ofre: copies of old Mod masters. Thank you

The Turner Manufacturing Company were at one time the largest producer of low cost Decorative Art and mirrors, which was sold in department stores and "Five & Dimes". They were based in Chicaco and went out of business by about 1975. All of their art work was mass produced and still exists in large numbers, so values tend to be quite modest for their pieces in the current market. Most prints and artwork by them sell for less than $50.00.
