Description
This has been in my parents house but they never knew what it is for. I did some tests, magnet did not stick, when put hot towel on end the heat moved to my other finger about one inch away. On the one bottom corner it looks like the letters H O A are etched into it. Have no idea what it is for or the age of it. The base seems to be made of some kind of plastic resin or mother of pearl type material.
