Unknown Pen, Pencil and Letter Opener, Can't find anything Like it!

I found this in an old desk I purchased a while back, 3 pieces fontain pen, pencil and a letter opener, they all have figural heads that seem to be made out of clay. The heads have the names of the artists on them Rubens, Davinci and the last one I can't make out, looks like Jona? They also come in a case thats pretty beat up, they look to be brass and the letter opener is inscribed Amitie, any help is appreciated!
