5.5 " H x 8" W vaseline glass with blue opalscent mouth gold gilt floral design with 2 gold gilt frog /thorn handles believe maker was Moser Glassworks. There is a piece broken off the top of back center . I included broken piece in the photos sadly it was damaged during shipping
